Ray and Kathi Pirolo - WORKING TOGETHER TO MEET YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS. We have been working together in Real Estate since 2008. Ray began in the business part time, in 2006 and after 34 years in the Retail Food industry is now full time in Real Estate. Kathi was licensed and active in real estate for 4 years prior to our marriage in 1984. With the kids mostly grown she returned to Real Estate in 2008. We raised our children in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, and have serviced the Albuquerque Metropolitan area including Rio Rancho and Placitas. In 2009 and 2010 we achieved the status of Multi Million dollar producer. We have worked with buyers and sellers from every age group, from first time buyers to those seeking to down size. We enjoy working together and desire to put the needs of our clients first and foremost in our business transactions.

He communicated very quickly as and with all the paperwork we had to sign he made it very easy to understand what we were dealing with and explained items thoroughly without exhausting us. When it came to actually signing the documents he made it simple by emailing us what he was able to or by coming to my office at my convenience. He helped us navigate new waters with ease and always had a great recommendations on which houses to view together. I'd highly recommend him to any first time or experienced buyer.

Buyer reviewRay Pirolo is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. I've bought and sold homes in Texas, California, West Virginia, and New York, and I've worked with lots of agents. But Ray tops them all. He is very knowledgeable, knows the Albuquerque area well, is honest and hard working, and goes the extra mile. He is extremely responsive and patient. We were living out of state while house hunting and closing in New Mexico. Ray took care of so many things for us that it was a much easier process than I thought possible. I never thought I would find a better real estate agent than our agent in Silicon Valley, but Ray was better by far. I offer my strongest recommendation for Ray Pirolo!
