Gina completely understood our needs and was there every step of the way. She never pressured us, or rushed us to make a decision on anything. My fiance and I are first-time home buyers and she made sure to educate us on every decision we were making. She was the best realtor we could've asked for! Regina went above and beyond in helping me find a home. When I say hours...I really mean multiple all day adventures, tons of phone calls (that she accepted at all hours and many late night phone calls). She understood what I was looking for...a unicorn really within my price range...and she found it! She always had my kids and my best interest in my mind and she truly became a friend in the process. I tell all of my friends and family that if they need a realtor she's your woman!!! There were so many things that I didn't even think of but she always was on top of everything and made sure I was too!

Regina Petry helped me every step of the way in selling my property. She answered all of my questions and provided me guidance. I was not living at this property at the time of sale and she always offered to take care of things for me there so I didn't have to make the trip....that was appreciated. Selling this property was a very emotional decision I had to make. Gina took my feelings into consideration throughout the entire process.
