We were looking for someone who could give us an honest opinion about our condo and what to expect during the sale and all the paperwork that needed to be done. Gina explained every step professional and patiently to us and was there for us whenever we had any kind of questions. We would like to thank Gina for all of her patience, kindness, knowledge and easy going attitude throughout our home search, which, I may say, was a very long one. We lost out on 17 bids, and Gina never waivered or gave up. She kept our spirits up that the right house would come along. And, she was right. The stars aligned on our 18th bid, and we are now proud homeowners in our dream home. Her main concern was absolutely all about us.
