It is not an exaggeration to state that we completely relaxed after Rich took over the sale of the house. Additionally, we were selling the house remotely from California. This didn't matter at all. Rich and his staff did a brilliant job in handling all the needed work (contractors, cleaners, inspectors etc), providing invoices at every step.
