We contacted Richard about 1 year prior to listing our home. He provided comparable sales initially and again when we listed. He called us a couple of times during the winter to stay in touch and discuss the market conditions. He was on top of things without being overly aggressive. He answered all of our questions and explained his method for coming up with a list price. He gave us a great commission rate whether or not he found a buyer or someone else did. He was prompt about following up, referring us to handymen, etc. as needed and we loved the professional photographer he hired to take pictures for our listing. Prior to choosing him, we really liked the periodic Neighborhood Updates he issued that we received in the mail. It helped us keep up-to-date on the real estate market as it pertained to our development. We also liked the agency's automated appointment system as well as the fact that we could call right away to request changes or alternate dates/times for a showing and were always able to talk to a helpful person right away. In spite of the restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we safely showed the house to over 29 families in a two week time-span, ending up with two offers and eventually choosing one of them.
