He was kind and understanding through our frustrations, he was thoughtful and particular. He explained things to us and allowed us to make tough decisions and he helped us find our first home. We are more than pleased with Richard and I have already recommended him word of mouth to many other police officers and Acquaintances. As a law enforcement officer, finding a safe place for my family was very important. Mission success. One individual named Cheryl came to show a house last minute, adapting her schedule to assist us. Richard could use a little less hair gel. We are pro-environment and I can't imagine what that does to the ecosystem. I felt as if I was in a Marcado in Central America bargaining for mangoes. Successfully.
