Buyer reviewWe've been wanting to buy a home for years, but for whatever reason, it never worked out. Once we started working with Richard, everything seemed to fall into place and had our first home in 3 months! He was very patient and enthusiastic with us while showing us house after house. Though there were times I felt like we were asking too many dumb questions, he was very reassuring and encouraging throughout the process.
