Seller reviewRichard Smith offered excellent guidance when preparing our home for sale, and was incredibly helpful in dealing with the township's code. He was extraordinarily patient with our many questions, it was easy to communicate with him and he was always available. We were also very pleased that he made it possible for us not being present during closing. He is a good agent, very professional and at the same time very friendly.

Beyond that, he lent me a helping hand when I needed it most during the time I was prepping my house for sale. He went that extra mile and really had my interest at heart. Not only that, he gets results. He got my house sold quicker and at a higher price than I was originally expecting. My customer experience was very positive; I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent! I highly recommend Richard Smith to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.
