Buyer reviewA realtor must have knowledge in selection for a house to the closing of purchasing a house. Richard is able to predict my choice of house in the first viewing of property. Richard have provided good advice in viewing many properties he have arranged. Even after the purchase of the house, he is able to give good advice during the house inspection. Richard after sale service is excellent, knowledgeable in this work and helpful.

Buyer reviewWith the low supply in the market and banks having trouble processing loans, Richard was able to help me find the home I was looking for in the area that I wanted. He got me in contact with all the necessary parties to help me purchase my home. I have many friends that have had trouble getting a home. Thanks to Richard's knowledge and expertise I was able to get first home I made an offer on and was able to close on time. This was an amazing experience and I will definitely use Richard and Century 21 for future purchases , and will recommend both parties to friends and family.
