Buyer reviewRick was excellent with me and my boyfriend. He knew we were first time home buyers. Was quick to let us know not to worry about anything. He explained every process in a detailed manner and answered all questions we had. Any time I had a question I was able to send him a quick text and within minutes he would reply back. He listened to what we wanted in a house and for a yard. He helped us understand what loan types there were for each house and let us know what one would be the best choice for the house we were looking at. Over all he is a awesome dude. Very polite, listening skills were on point, always prompt and on time, and knew how to handle the stress of new home buyers. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any manner, to sell a home, to buy, or just to simply window shop around.

They listen carefully to their clients (even to their clients' passing comments) and apply that to future interactions. They also identify their clients' needs and address those before the client even has to ask. We highly recommend them without reservation.
