Buyer reviewWe would highly recommend Rick Berkenstock to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the process of selling and buying a home. He also is extremely knowledgeable about the tiny details within a home that we may not have noticed had we walked through on our own. He easily answered all of our, "what's that for?" and "should we be concerned about this or that?" as we walked through the many older homes that we looked at. His long experience in real estate has created a knowledge base that is invaluable. He also helped us to pinpoint areas in our house that we should address before we listed as well as areas that did not need to be changed. He gave us solid advice about exactly what to do to stage our home as well as a good process for preparing for showings. He was very good with numbers and helped us be able to get a very realistic idea for how much house we could afford as well as how much we could realistically expect to sell our house for. He was extremely patient and kind to us throughout the whole process of selling and buying. Rick Berkenstock is a phenomenal real estate agent.
