We chose Rick because he had experience working with investors in the past, is very knowledgeable with the Phenix City/Columbus area, has over 20 years experience as a Realtor, as well as experience as a lender. He also has a great team of people he recommended for our loan, repairs and property management needs Rick was outstanding from first introduction to continued commutation after closing. Rick did live video tours for us on the properties we looked at. He did a great job negotiating for us on our deal, including the seller agreeing to put a new roof on the property. Rick was very professional, friendly and trustworthy. He communicated often and clearly. We will be using Rick for any of our future real estate needs.
