Buyer reviewRick was chosen by a potential employer to help show my wife the area around Auburn and Columbus. Rick spent the weekend showing us homes and informing us of the area and communities even though we weren't initially moving. I think this showed a lot about his dedication to his career in that where most would have dismissed my wife and I, Rick continued to act as if this situation was normal and asked questions and tried to understand our situation better. The interaction before we had an offer was the reason we chose to stay with Rick. We felt another realtor wouldn't provide the same service and knowledge of such a broad geographical area.

Seller reviewWe live in California and needed to sell our investment property in Columbus. We purchased the property over 15 years ago and had done minimal maintenance while it was being rented. Over the course of over three months, Rick single handedly managed the rehab and update of the entire house. Rick coordinated vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel resulting in a 100% return on investment. We received multiple offers in our first ten days on the market and decided on an offer that was several thousand over asking. I can not say enough good things about Rick.
