Celebrating over 30 years selling real estate in Madison and Dane County. Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Born and raised in Madison and a life long resident. We got the impression no questions were strange or dumb to Rick which made for an easy flow of conversation. I, Sharon, especially appreciated that Rick made sure I felt comfortable and understood what was being discussed before moving on to the next topic. Rick has a terrific sense of humor which helped us navigate the process of the emotional roller coaster of selling a home we have lived in for 38 years. Of note, Rick was quick to help us when we locked ourselves out of the house before an early morning walk. Selling our home was seamless because of Rick.

Seller reviewWe relied heavily on the recommendation made by our lifelong friend, neighbor and business associate with whom we had complete confidence in, and we were not disappointed. Rick Lyngaas was his choice and we understand why. He has made our experience effortless on our part. We know our circumstances were unusual as unexpected changes required a lot more behind the scenes work on his part than most sales. However, he knew exactly what was needed and made very few requests of us to facilitate the sale of our house in a timely manor, even as sales declined rapidly in the housing market. His concise communication and professionalism, as well as knowledge, where key. His quick responses to inquiries would put most of us to shame. (Well, me at least!) Add patience and personality to that equation and it makes Rick the perfect agent. I can't imagine a better outcome of our whole experience.
