Celebrating over 30 years selling real estate in Madison and Dane County. Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Born and raised in Madison and a life long resident. My objective is to assist you in a successful sale or purchase at the right price, in the right time frame, with the least amount of inconvenience to you. I maximize good counsel, honest feedback, persistence, and attention to detail. My wife says that my greatest strength is the ability to meet problems "head on".

Buyer reviewRick had all the qualities listed, and more. We tend to be a high strung nervous family, but Rick's calm manner kept things on an even keel. Explaining the paperwork, answering our questions, deciphering the language and recommending consultation with our lawyer (and why), if we felt we needed that, along with many other concerns. Our whole experience was a smooth transition. We are not done with Rick yet. He will be selling our home next and we know that he is waiting patiently for us to catch up on our end. We are looking forward to it.
