Buyer reviewWhen my family and I finally narrowed down the area we wanted to pursue, the market was particularly aggressive. After weeks of looking and sellers picking other offers, we started to consider settling in another area. We decided to give it one more shot with showings and Rip pulled up some addresses. At the end of the day, we saw some amazing homes, but nothing screamed "us". Rip suggested one more home that he had pulled up earlier that day. He explained that it was in the construction phase and to keep an open mind. As soon as we walked in, it was mutual with our family that we wanted the house. We made an offer that night, and it was accepted the next day. Rip's sales experience led us to our new home. If it wasn't for him broadening our horizons, we may not have considered it until it was too late.

Buyer reviewI contacted Rip Pruitt on a monday, by that night he already had a idea of what we wanted and by that friday we were looking at houses. Once we found the house we loved Rip had a contract ready for us that night. Rip told us to ask for things that I never would have thought of without him. When ever I had a question Rip had the answer or found out asap. Rip Pruitt is great about hearing you wants and wishes and then giving you multiple houses to look at, even if it takes all day. Rip goes above and beyond for his clients. He treated us like he was helping family buy a house. I would (and have) recomend Rip Pruitt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Rip is a dream agent. Rip truly wants you to be happy. We closed on our home 6 months ago and we still get texts from Rip asking about the house and how we are doing. That's how you know you got an agent that really cares about YOU not just the sell.
