Buyer reviewMy husband and I highly recommend that you choose Century 21 in the Cleveland area. The managers frequently checked in to be sure we were having a good experience with our agent. Rob Gold provided superior service throughout the process. We toured several homes, and the first home on which we placed an offer failed the inspection. He helped us navigate that process, and then continue to tour more homes. He was able to provide guidance on different suburbs and neighborhoods within those suburbs. He was patient and responsive, helping us to understand our options. He helped us understand the housing market and how best to meet our needs. He met our scheduling needs for touring homes since we were moving from Utah to Ohio. We would recommend anyone who can to choose Rob Gold as your agent.
