After devoting the majority of my career to long term care, I made a decision to change directions in my career path after moving to Florida. Originally from Canada, I have spent a large portion of my life living in the United States due to my husband's career. Having experienced nine major relocations between Canada and the United States, I can honestly say that I have accumulated a great deal of experience in both purchasing and selling residential real estate. I understand the importance of listening to the needs of both buyers and sellers to achieve the ultimate goal of the clients' satisfaction. I have perfected the skills it takes to "get the job done." So, you may say that I am making a career from something I have done many times for my own family. Seller reviewRobin Bennett is a 5 star agent!!! We specifically wanted an agent who lived in Renaissance, and could speak to prospective buyers about the neighborhood, and the Club. We knew Robin had listed other homes in this area, and many were sold very quickly. Robin is simply a delight. She is probably the best agent we have ever worked with in selling a house. She always had a Plan B or Plan C when there were disappointments. She never became discouraged, and kept us as optimistic as we could be. And if we could not handle something after we moved, she never failed to have it taken care of for us. It was NEVER a problem for her to help us in some way. She was always professional as well as caring and kind, understanding that my husband had medical issues and could not help with some issues. And on the days I became overwhelmed, she was always there to cheer me up, and keep me going. She is the complete package when it comes to selling a house, and we would recommend her to anyone who asks us!! Just a delight to work with.

Seller reviewWhen interviewing other agents Robin stood out because she answered all the questions quickly and efficiently. She knew the real estate procedures and what was currently going on in the community. Also, her properties are well represented online, the photographer she uses does an excellent job with the photos making properties look great in all the internet sites which was extremely important to us. We are extremely happy we selected Robin. She went above and beyond. Robin went over to the property, as I had already relocated out of state, and met the a/c repairmen and helped with making the staging look great. She also met the buyer's agent's clients at the house and showed them the property because he couldn't, and I truly believe that she sold the buyers on my property. Robin dealt with the homeowners association as well. While she was on vacation you would never know because she was always available and on top of everything. We had a bad experience with a previous agent so unfortunately for Robin she inherited that, and as a result we were a little emotional at times, but she stayed very professional. Robin was friendly but more importantly, professional and business focused. She got the job done!
