Seller reviewRon was recommended to me by close friends. Once I met Ron he was on point. He explained the current market and a plan to sell my home at the right price. I trust him with my home and family's future. He did not disappoint. Sold my house quick with multiple offers. We had some issues during the closing process but Ron's wisdom help close the deal. Thank you for all you great service. Highly recommend Ron and his team. Carlos.

Seller reviewI would recommend Ron without hesitation. He is a straight shooter, doesn't get ruffled by unforeseen difficulties, and is always available either by phone or by text.

Seller reviewA truly competent and professional business man who understood our needs and handled the situation efficiently. Would recommend Rom to everyone we know.

Seller reviewI had a phone conversation with Rom and set up a date to meet with Rom and my brothers at the house to be sold. This home was part of our our Mothers Estate and per her Will proceeds were to be divided evenly between the four of us. Although I am the Executor of the Estate I wanted to make sure that all parties were included in the selection of the sale agent. Rom credentials were very impressive. His experience in the industry was extensive and he was aware of the age and condition of the home. Rom knew the best way to list the house to get the greatest attention. He also what to do, how to do it and knew people/contractors that could help if we needed them. This would be based on our desire to put in the time and money to prep the home. I as the Executor had the knowledge and hands on experience to work on and prep the house my time at the house would be limited as I lived 300 miles away. Rom was helpful and understanding as I pressed my family to get the house ready. There was another factor that influenced my decision. Rom grew up in Elizabeth Port and although he is more than 20 years younger than my mother was, he coincidentally went to the same church and schools as my mother did. It was almost like my Mother sent him our way. Keep in mind that almost everything I did was run past my three brothers even though I had the last say. Rom understood this and worked with us. I can add some constructive criticism. When the house was listed I was under the impression that Rom himself would be showing it. This was not the case. We did get our notifications that the house was going to be shown but I believe the home was shown by an associate of Rom's named Ted. I never met Ted. My brother John was living at the house. Once we were notified that the house was going to be shown, John would make sure that every thing was clean and in order to be shown. Although I thought John had met Ted he was never introduced to him. To this day none of us had ever met Ted or did we know how the house was being presented by him. There was also an issue with feed back following a showing. I most cases If I didn't call Rom, I did not have feed back on the showing. In some cases he didn't have the information and had to call me back. Rom's marketing was as aggressive and he seemed to be on top of his game. I would say that his communication could be better. Our offer and sale price on the house followed an inspection adjustment of the price. The buyer was still demanding regarding repairs and updates. Some were valid and some a wish list. I believe we did more than we had to base on our price adjustments. All things considered I would recommend Rom as a sales agent to someone looking for one in this area.

Seller reviewI was concerned selling a home from out of state but Ron's expertise with each issue that arose made selling the home almost easy. We found Ron trustworthy and going beyond helpful than any other broker we have dealt with. I highly recommend him.

Seller reviewYou promised 100% satisfaction, and that is precisely what we received and more. You sold our home in less than a month, not to mention the selling price was thousands higher than we expected! Your dedication to our sale was exceptional. We felt totally at peace during the entire sale process, and you took care of everything along the way. So yes you can expect us to refer our family and friends to you, Ron. You are the best!!!
