I am sure that I could not have made a better choice, had I been living nearby. The fact that the house was under foreclosure made it an extremely stressful situation. We were under a strict time frame before we would lose the house. Rom was kind, considerate and an excellent problem solver, and a soother to my soul. He reassured me that all would be well and it turned out he was correct, even with multiple situations which were put before us.
