Ron has a strong background in the real estate industry helping Buyers, and sellers, and as a Property Manager, he earned his Realtor's license in 2002 and then the prestigious Real Estate Broker's license in 2006. He is a member of various local and state real estate professional organizations. He is a Master Mason and a member of the local Shrine organization helping kids. His focus is and has been helping those in the military community, especially first-time buyers and sellers. He has a proven track record of success with nearly 400 happy clients as a solo agent. He also has experience in Property Management and the various repair tasks associated with repair/maintenance tasks. Seller reviewWhat is immediately noticeable about Ron is, he is a go-getter, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate. He has a well-developed team around him and was able to expertly executed this home sale. He made initial contact expeditiously and was able to establish a deep trust with us immediately! He made us feel comfortable about the process, answering all questions quickly, and in detail that was understandable. There was no distance he would not travel to accommodate our sale, having traveled a 200 mile round trip to meet with us in person. We only asked that the home be sold a residential property. He developed and executed a successful sales strategy based on our request. He was able to sell the house for far more than even the agreed upon sales price, happily exceeding our expectations. With Ron, we got the 5-star experience, and we have no intentions of going to any other agents for all our real estate needs in the future. Highly Recommended! Job Well Done!
