Ron has a strong background in the real estate industry helping Buyers, and sellers, and as a Property Manager, he earned his Realtor's license in 2002 and then the prestigious Real Estate Broker's license in 2006. He is a member of various local and state real estate professional organizations. He is a Master Mason and a member of the local Shrine organization helping kids. His focus is and has been helping those in the military community, especially first-time buyers and sellers. He has a proven track record of success with nearly 400 happy clients as a solo agent. He also has experience in Property Management and the various repair tasks associated with repair/maintenance tasks. Ron holds the following professional designations; GRI Graduate of the Realtor's Institute, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller's Representative Specialist, and Military Relocation Specialist. Buyer reviewWe have bought, sold, and bought again with Ron Clark. Great experience all the way around. He is YOUR agent. He truly acts on your behalf. We trusted him to negotiate an amazing deal for our current buy and he did not disappoint. He provides you with all options, aggressive and passive, and acts solely on your decision. He read our buyers and their agent accurately which allowed him to make the amazing deal. Great to have him in our corner for this one. It was a milestone for my family and we are glad that Ron was involved. We used professionals that were recommended by Ron Clark and they did phenomenal work for us. Might be dating myself, but he has an extensive rolodex for all things real estate, home repair, home upkeep etc. Great guy to get the job done. It took the stress out of us searching and saved us time using the professionals he gave us to consider. The entire experience was top-notched and we will recommend Ron to anyone that we know that is looking for a Realtor.

He throughly kept us informed every single step of the sale. We were always notified immediately of any changes or events that occurred . His work ethic is superb. Buyer reviewWe started talking to Ron Clark in about March and he helped us with contracts on 3 different homes. The first two didn't work out but third time was the charm! Finally about the end of may/start of June, we found the one we bought. Ron's knowledge of the entire process was instrumental to us being comfortable purchasing a home essentially sight unseen. He went above and beyond with visits to properties, extra photos of properties, and just overall the amount of support he gave us was outstanding. He understood the challenges we were facing with purchasing a home in Virginia while living in California's and he continually helped us through those challenges. I would highly recommend Ron Clark as a real estate agent to anyone who needs one! We will certainly use his services again when the time comes.
