A year before I committed to selling my home in Boulder Creek, California I reached out to Ronnie Trubek. She clearly and methodically explained my options and the process. Ronnie knew I had been living in the same home for over 25 years so she exhibited tremendous grace when explaining the emotional ups and downs in selling the family home. I chose Ronnie for two reasons. First, we had met at a professional function and she presented herself as a consummate professional. The sale occurred at near light speed lasting less than 30 days. She processed documents, provided explanations and 'reality checks' without any delays. On the rare occasion that I would need to leave a voice message, they were always returned within the hour. Ronnie responded to my emails thoroughly and clearly before the close of business the same day they were sent! Ronnie was patient, friendly, and consummately professional. She even offered advice on the purchase of my new home in southern Oregon. As I was relocating out of state, Ronnie was unable to represent me in my home purchase.
