Ronnie Trubek spent many months sending me emails of available properties, so when I saw the house we now own I could see what a fantastic deal it was. Ronnie was over the top in professionalism. I have known Ronnie for a long time, I always knew if I needed a realtor she would be my first choice. She is very successful and knows how to get things done. Ronnie preformed above and beyond the call of duty. It was not a simple deal, but she ushered us through all of the paperwork and negotiations, including overseeing the selling of a remote property sale we had going on at the same time. She made certain the seller preformed on all commitments, including new septic and drain field which involved conforming to County demands. I bumped into Ronnie at an open house and I felt right away that she would be a strong advocate. Ronnie was always on very attentive to detail. I had some very specific requirements that I wouldn't compromise on and Ronnie hung in there with me for at least SEVEN years until we found the most amazing, perfect house. I felt totally at ease knowing that Ronnie was always paying attention to all the details of the sale. Ronnie co-listed our property with Lori Strusis and I was more than pleased with all that Lori brought to the table. She was very knowledgeable as well and so great to work with.
