Ruby contacted us after the expiration of our listing with another broker. She met with my husband, and he really liked what she had to say. We decided to hold of on listing it again for a few months. When we listed again, we contacted Ruby so that I could meet her. I too, really liked how she presented her strategy for selling our home. We chose Ruby Reece because of her expertise in the area and knowledge of the Salt Lake Area market. We moved to Salt Lake City from Northern California and it was very important for us to find someone who would understand our needs. From the start Ruby was able to answer our questions promptly, accurately and with a lot of patience. She is a very good listener and offers great ideas. Our purchase was a great experience. She found the house that both of us were looking for. We will be talking to her again regarding a rental property purchase once we sell our rental property in Northern California this summer.
