We felt comfortable with Ruby almost immediately. As very private people, we were worried about putting so much of our lives in the hands of stranger, but Ruby felt like a longtime friend after the first visit. She handled everything, and made a very stressful experience much less so. She was informative, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us get things sorted out with the sell, move, and even things after the move that we still needed her for. Ruby is the best.

Ruby Reece was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond what a normal agent would do. She is actually assisting in some role in three transactions for me this month because she really is one of the best agents I have met (and I work in the mortgage industry and meet a lot of agents). For example, the property we purchased had many large trees and we were buying it late fall. We talked about my concern of having the dead leaves on the ground for the first snow but I didn't expect her to take care of it. She sent her grandsons over multiple days and they filled more than 30 big black garbage sacks full of leaves. Her husband assisted with multiple items including yard work and she repeatedly went above and beyond in helping out. Also, I am a mortgage attorney and love to handle my own negotiations so I don't always hire an agent, but she did a great job with the negotiations and provided valuable insight. Worth the hire!

As a first time home buyer, she walked me through the journey of purchasing a home with incredible patience and always kept my best interest first. When I went under contract on my home, she made sure my experience was easy and pleasant throughout. She is a person of high character and loyalty, and I highly recommend her.

Ruby was very fast at responding and getting what you needed. At closing she focused closely on the closing documents with us and found $1,100 that the Title Company missed! She saved us money, time and was just AMAZING!!
