Ruby Reece was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond what a normal agent would do. She is actually assisting in some role in three transactions for me this month because she really is one of the best agents I have met (and I work in the mortgage industry and meet a lot of agents). For example, the property we purchased had many large trees and we were buying it late fall. We talked about my concern of having the dead leaves on the ground for the first snow but I didn't expect her to take care of it. She sent her grandsons over multiple days and they filled more than 30 big black garbage sacks full of leaves. Her husband assisted with multiple items including yard work and she repeatedly went above and beyond in helping out. Also, I am a mortgage attorney and love to handle my own negotiations so I don't always hire an agent, but she did a great job with the negotiations and provided valuable insight. Worth the hire!

As a first time home buyer, she walked me through the journey of purchasing a home with incredible patience and always kept my best interest first. Ruby was very fast at responding and getting what you needed. At closing she focused closely on the closing documents with us and found $1,100 that the Title Company missed! She saved us money, time and was just AMAZING!!

I was moving from California and came to Utah only a few days at a time to look for properties. Ruby always made time for me when I was here, she was open for what ever time was available to me. Her husband & I work at the same place. I trust her husband. My experience with Ruby only enhanced our friendship. Ruby was in contact with my mortgage guy and they made the experience so easy. Ruby is great - her customer service skills are right on point. I'm referring my family members to her. Ruby's assistant was right on with all the emails, she made it easy to sign whenever I needed to sign.
