I was impressed with his interpersonal skills and maturity then and now, He also was a coach on my son's baseball team. My husband and I chose Ryan in large part because we thought he was knowledgeable and well connected in Brookings; he presented himself professionally, and also because we thought him a man of integrity. (We declined going with a different agent within the same firm because of red flags). We wanted someone we could trust - Ryan proved himself to be that person.
