We liked Ryan from the first meeting and he did a excellent job of "keeping us in the loop". We had multiple showings and an open house. So we were more that satisfied with the exposure we received. The commission was high, be the same as other brokers charge. All-in-all, we were extremely satisfied with the sale and the broker!
