Welcome! As a member of the Century 21 Team, I am committed to building strong relationships with my buyers and sellers! I strive to make the sale or purchase of homes as stress free as possible. I truly enjoy working with people and using my knowledge of the market to produce positive results!! I was born and raised in the Jamestown area and attended Jamestown Public Schools. I received my BS in Mathematics from Westminster College and my MS in Mathematics from SUNY Fredonia. I became a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in New York in 1985 and an Associate Broker in 2005. I taught high school math for 31 years, while working as a realtor part time. When I retired from teaching, I committed myself to my real estate career as a full time agent.

Buyer reviewSandy helped us purchase a condo at Packard Estates in Lakewood. She was very knowledgeable about the units, previous owners, HOA details and recent pricing. She communicated quickly and effectively. We did have some unusual issues with the mortgage bank's requirements which she helped us navigate. She also went out of her way to show us the unit multiple times, manage the inspection and communicate with the property managers. I highly recommend her. She did a great job.
