Welcome! As a member of the Century 21 Team, I am committed to building strong relationships with my buyers and sellers! I strive to make the sale or purchase of homes as stress free as possible. I truly enjoy working with people and using my knowledge of the market to produce positive results!! I was born and raised in the Jamestown area and attended Jamestown Public Schools. I received my BS in Mathematics from Westminster College and my MS in Mathematics from SUNY Fredonia. I became a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in New York in 1985 and an Associate Broker in 2005. I taught high school math for 31 years, while working as a realtor part time. When I retired from teaching, I committed myself to my real estate career as a full time agent.

Seller reviewWe knew Sandy previously but would have been incredibly impressed had we not. She graciously helped out in searching for an apartment for our displaced tenants which, for us, was as important as the sale.

Seller reviewThe closing took quite awhile, but that was out of our control. The buyer's attorney in Buffalo held things up for months. My attorney in Jamestown was getting fed up with him…for good reason. Sandy was so patient and at times we were all holding our breath. Sandy hung in there and last week we finally closed. That was such a good feeling for everyone involved. Thank you, Sandy. Now my search for a house continues!
