Welcome! As a member of the Century 21 Team, I am committed to building strong relationships with my buyers and sellers! I strive to make the sale or purchase of homes as stress free as possible. I truly enjoy working with people and using my knowledge of the market to produce positive results!! I was born and raised in the Jamestown area and attended Jamestown Public Schools. I received my BS in Mathematics from Westminster College and my MS in Mathematics from SUNY Fredonia. I became a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in New York in 1985 and an Associate Broker in 2005. I taught high school math for 31 years, while working as a realtor part time. When I retired from teaching, I committed myself to my real estate career as a full time agent.

Sandy is professional and understanding of her client needs, willingly to listen to our input as well as very helpful and resourceful. Since we were not familiar with NYS policies and procedures, she was able to guide/direct us.

Seller reviewWe had our first deal fall through at least minute due to unforeseen circumstances on the first buyers end, but she worked hard and quickly had it sold again I believe within 2 weeks might have even been a week. Either way it was fast, and greatly appreciated!

Buyer reviewSandy showed us several houses all over Chautauqua County over the duration of several months. She asked us up front what we wanted in a house and what we needed for a house to make it our home. She would always be willing to meet us or talk on the phone. Sandy never made us feel as if we had to purchase any home. She has great knowledge of how homes should be constructed and will point out any potential problems when she sees them. If Sandy felt a home would not fit our desires shebeas honest and usually very accurate. This is the second home we purchased, both homes were purchased with Sandy's assistance. We truly believe that the home buying process with Sandy's help was stress free. I would recommend Sandy as a realtor to any don my family or friends. She is caring and wants what's best for her clientele.
