My career in real estate is my passion. I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for 27 years and been an active, full time, Realtor for almost 20 years. I receive the majority of my business in the form of client referrals due to my very high level of customer service, honesty and dedication. I love being a Realtor because it is a challenge. It is never boring and I get the opportunity to meet and get to know many different people that I probably would not have met in any other venue. I believe that you should love your home (if at all possible) since you fall asleep there every night and wake up there every morning. Sandy knew exactly what needed to be done in my home pre-market, she assisted with everything from taking the dogs out, to persuading my teenager to keep her room clean for showings, and diligently made certain that all the inspections were done, the closing paperwork was accurate and that I obtained the rent back I needed until my new home was ready. She did all of this in an extremely professional manner and with a sense of humor, which made a stressful event pretty painless. I feel very lucky to have had Sandy list my home for sale - she did a great job!
