My career in real estate is my passion. I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for 27 years and been an active, full time, Realtor for almost 20 years. I receive the majority of my business in the form of client referrals due to my very high level of customer service, honesty and dedication. I love being a Realtor because it is a challenge. It is never boring and I get the opportunity to meet and get to know many different people that I probably would not have met in any other venue. I believe that you should love your home (if at all possible) since you fall asleep there every night and wake up there every morning. Seller reviewThere was never any decision to be made having known Sandy Chandler for over 5 years and could tell how dedicated, knowledgeable and expert she was in local real estate market. Dealing with Sandy Chandler was the best experience I have ever had in real estate. My situation was unique where I was moved out of state and left my house in Sandy's "uber capable hands". She was sensitive to my financial situation and did her very best to put my house in the finest light possible to ensure an expeditious sale. Sandy had wonderful recommendations and contractors available to improve the appearance of my house. I was kept completely informed on the sales/contractual status and documents were presented to me within hours of a contract. I firmly believe that without Sandy I would not have been as successful in the sale of my house. My only regret is that by moving out of state I will not be able to have Sandy assist me in finding my next house.....Unless maybe you can transfer her to Georgia????? :-)

It's rare to find someone of Sandy's caliper who is also extremely responsive, supportive and goes "above and beyond" to serve her customers. She's a gem!
