Also, we needed someone who was aware of all the details that might affect the transaction and would keep us informed of our options. Sandy worked diligently from the start - provided us with realistic comparisons, gave us honest feedback, informed us of our options and rights while reporting the seller's concerns and dealt with everyone in a professional and considerate manner. Sandy never assumed anything, she made sure that we were "in the loop" at all times and were up to date on all documentation and procedures as the process went along. We communicated through land lines, cell phones, e-mail and in person, and she was always available to us within minutes. On a personal note, we lost a loved one two days after seeing the house for the first time, and everything was put on hold for two weeks. Sandy sent us a beautiful condolence card and note, and left us to deal with family matters until we were ready to pursue the property. Sandy Frillman is a true professional in every sense of the word.
