We were looking for a space that allows us to be creative, was centrally located for our needs, well-built, in a nice/safe neighborhood, all while staying within a tight budget. So we picked apart so many properties. Sandy remained patient and fun to work with. This is important as it helped us to keep our energy up as well. I know Sandy has a great team by her side. We really didn't need to interact all that much with others, as she and they had prepared everything so well. But every time we interacted with teammates, everyone was very engaged and caring. Truly a family environment. Buying a home is one of the biggest, most stressful events in life. Picking the right agent and agency is key. Whenever talking about our purchase, I always mention Sandy as the driving force to helping us. She's reliable, caring, and the most trustworthy person we could think of for our family's home search.
