Buyer reviewSandy is an amazing professional. I knew from her previous work that she puts her customers' needs first. She gets things done and keeps everyone moving together, all while being fun and personable. I trust her and was constantly asking her advice on how we should proceed. She gets to know what you are looking for so she can search specifically targeting your own needs and wants in a new home. I'd highly recommend Sandy to anyone looking for a new family home. We love the new home and location. Sandy's ability to navigate between us, the sellers, and their real estate agent was critical and excellent. She made the process run so smooth... a testament to the agency's processes, training, and hiring abilities. I would rate Sandy higher in patience if I could. My wife and I are high energy and rather particular when it comes to finding what we want. We were looking for a space that allows us to be creative, was centrally located for our needs, well-built, in a nice/safe neighborhood, all while staying within a tight budget. So we picked apart so many properties. Sandy remained patient and fun to work with. This is important as it helped us to keep our energy up as well. I know Sandy has a great team by her side. We really didn't need to interact all that much with others, as she and they had prepared everything so well. But every time we interacted with teammates, everyone was very engaged and caring. Truly a family environment. Buying a home is one of the biggest, most stressful events in life. Picking the right agent and agency is key. Whenever talking about our purchase, I always mention Sandy as the driving force to helping us. She's reliable, caring, and the most trustworthy person we could think of for our family's home search.
