Sandy is a local San Diegan and an expert in the local housing market and we could always count on her answering EVERY single questions we had. Sandy has guided us EVERY step of the way in our first time buying a home. From when we first received our initial approval from our lender, finding the BEST house for us, to writing a STRONG offer on the home, to finding contractors, and all the way to getting our keys (which landed on Christmas Eve of 2024)! If I haven't mentioned it yet, she is also a great communicator and sets REAL expectations leaving NO SURPRISES!
