Then I ran into an issue with the pre-approval for my mortgage loan. I thought my dreams of getting a home were going to have to wait or that I might have to settle for something less than what I desired. But Sandy connected me with a loan officer who was able to help, and who was also wonderful to have on my side. I appreciate Sandy's availability for tours and taking care of particular requests throughout the buying process. Once we had an offer accepted, it was a smoother and more seamless process than I could ever have imagined. In the end, we were able to close in less than three weeks. I called and asked to be reassigned, she contacted me the same day and the following day we were scheduled for showings!
