Buyer reviewMy husband and I contacted the Century 21 office and agent on the house "For Sale" sign, Sandy answered, said the agent was unavailable that day, she was covering for that agent, that she could be at the property we were interested in within 15 min., and let us in to tour the house. She came right out to meet us, showed us some other properties,too, and was so accommodating and attentive that we simply stayed with her. So,we really did not think "who should we select for a broker?' We have not bought any house or property in the last twenty years; we really had the person to bring us up to date. Sandy Stoner kept us in the loop all the way through this process, provided copies of everything that took place, provided resources for inspections/repairs, and always be available within fifteen minutes to let us into the house...just so very accommodating in every way. We highly recommend Sandy Stoner to any person wanting to sell or buy. .

This is the third time Sandy and I have worked together. When I was ready to sell my house I knew exactly who to call! She is knowledgeable and vert helpful. We also had a couple of good laughs along the way. Sandy made it easy!
