Seller reviewI am aware that Sandy is very familiar with the neighborhood in which I lived for the past 21 years - the life style of the people who live there, the environmental plusses and minuses, etc. This was very important to me in finding the right family for my home; a family that would appreciate and take care of my property, and love the country life style as I do. Sandy was always looking out for my best interest and advised me without being pushy or without insisting I do or accept something I didn't feel comfortable with. Sandy Stoner always kept me informed of any timelines I needed to adhere to, and updated me on a regular basis on how things were going. I especially appreciate the fact that Sandy took charge and followed through with all of the inspections the buyers requested and Sandy attended all of the inspections in person. Sandy was very upfront, professional, and understanding of my needs and concerns.
