Seller reviewSarah Lyons has been my good friend for many years. When we decided to list our house for sale, it made perfect sense to use her as our agent. She has an abundance of integrity, and is very energetic and driven. I knew she would do an excellent job. We had a contract on our house in 6 days. Sarah Lyons did a great job keeping me abreast of all the offers on our house, and advised us on our best course of action. She is very "on top" of everything and had usually addressed any concern that I had before I even had a chance to ask her about it. As a busy homeschooling mother of two young children, one of my favorite things to hear her say was "I've already taken care of that." My husband appreciated her frank honesty and we always felt like she was giving us the best possible advice, NOT just telling us what we "wanted to hear". For that reason, and many more, I highly recommended Sarah Lyons to my parents whom are selling their house. I can recommend her to any family or friends in the future as well.
