Scott was on time every time, even when I was running a little behind. Scott Mccain was very easy to do business with, he was always polite and patient with me and answered all my questions.

Scott was always quick to reply, calling/texting. I was amazed how quick he would have the paperwork ready when we were in negotiations with the buyer/seller. He never made us feel like we were being misled or that he wasn't supporting us. He was never pushy or making us feel like we needed to make an uncomfortable decision. Excellent doesn't begin to score how patient and trustworthy Scott is, he is always accessible even on some of late late nights. Scott was always in contact with us throughout the sell and even sometimes checking in on us with no news, just seeing how our mental health was. Buying/Selling is stressful at times. If Scott sold cars I wouldn't ever turn to another salesman's again. Scott is the most detailed oriented realtor I have ever know. He was always double checking the paperwork to make sure we were taken care of. He never let us sign anything until he went over it a few times his self and then he would call to explain it to us. I never once doubted what I was signing. Scott is very knowledgeable about the area and the market. He knows how to price a property and to drive it to it's maximum value . Set back and live worry free. You're in good hands.

Scott went above and beyond looking into the Franklin Township area even when it just sort of popped up as a new area we thought might be great. He did research and gave us a great rundown of the area, comparable home prices and what areas might be the best to purchase. It was hugely beneficial to us. Scott was always extremely professional and knowledgeable, but beyond that he was extremely approachable and relatable. It felt like you were searching for a home with someone you knew for years and could completely trust despite not knowing him before the house search began.

Scott gave us daily updates when applicable and was very timely with information as needed. He was easy to reach and very approachable with questions and concerns. He made a detailed sales plan and pivoted when needed. He was easily able to adapt as different things came up. Our property was vacant when selling, and he checked on the property a few different times for us. We appreciated his dedication to our unique situation.
