He is honest and forthright and let us know what to expect from the market during our search. I trust his experience and expertise! He set up a search that we could review on line and answered all of our questions honestly. When it came time to start looking at houses and having making hard and quick decisions, Scott was with us at every step. Pointing out things like water stains on the ceiling indicating possible roof damage. He is the type of person you want to deal with. I trusted him from our very first conversation because he explained things well. It was very reassuring to have Scott be part of our team! I've worked with a lot of realtors and never been treated so fairly and cared for as a customer and person than I was with Scott. We ended up purchasing the third home we put an offer on and I truly believe it was the one meant for us. Through the highs and lows, Scott mitigated our concerns with his knowledge, communications with other parties as well as an intense buyer (being me!). Home buying is one of the most stressful events in life and I can't imagine anyone else on my families' side.
