Shefa recently helped us purchase a new house. Looking back we feel very happy that we choose "Shefa" as our Realtor. Shefa is very knowledgeable about the whole process, very efficient and is full of suggestions at every step that proved to be very helpful. She is prompt with the paperwork and all other formalities. Her proactive manner made the transaction go through very smoothly and in the shortest time Shefa even helped us rent the condo that we moved out of. She referred all tradesmen that were needed to do up the condo. She even found us a good renter once the condo was ready to be rented and completed all paperwork required to rent as well The icing on the cake is that we found her to be so friendly we always got the feeling that she was part of the family. Shefa went out of her way to make our move a pleasure, instead of the pain-in-the-neck that it's supposed to be. My family was in the market to purchase a larger house in a safe and exciting area. We had contacted Shefa about what the available options were for us in or around Orange County, Shefa was able to give us detailed outlines about the cities we were interested in looking to buy, she made us understand which cities had high crime, which cities had good schools, and which cities the values would appreciate more. She made it very simple for us to decide where we wanted to look for our new home. We selected 3 specific areas and was very patient with us in showing us house after house and telling us the pros and cons of each location. She seemed to really care for our family's needs and she made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. She made all the paper work process go very smoothly and it was actually more fun than it was stressing. That was certainly something I was not expecting. I especially liked the fact that Shefa went one step past the business side of the transaction and really made my family aware of the all the positive and negatives of each locations for us. We were very interested in seeing what the market offered us for the house that we've lived in for over a decade. After listening to her presentation, we felt like we could make a educated decision as to sell or not. For most people buying home would by one of the biggest financial decision that they make in their life time! In the current sellers market, it could be overwhelming for a buyer to find the right place to call home, that too if you are a first time buyer, when you wouldn't be aware of the market, real estate process, financing etc. I have heard many "horror story", that few agents pressurize clients to buy home even thought it might not be in the best interest for client. I admit I was a little intimidated by the prospect of buying my first house in the totally crazy real estate market in LA/OC area, but Shefa Aggarwal put me at ease :-) I simply cannot say enough about how positive my experience was with Shefa. She's very knowledgeable of the area and gives great tips on location and things to look for and anything that might affect resale value. Shefa has been exceptionally professional in every direction yet very personable that we felt like we were hanging out with our good friend. We always felt that she really cares about us getting the right home rather than making her sale. Even after the deal was closed and we had moved in, Shefa was still dedicated to making sure we were safe and comfortable in our new home. We are so glad that we were able to work with Shefa and cannot recommend her highly enough! Truly a great experience buying our first home with Shefa.

Shefa is the Best Ever!! I don't think I could ever find a house without her and i don't think I could ever find one like her. She's Superb!!
