Seller reviewWe contacted Shelley a couple of years ago based on the recommendation of a family friend. At the time we considered selling our home, but could not decide on a location to move to. After much deliberation we decided not to sell. Afterwards Shelley remained consisted in following up with us to let us know she is available to assist anytime we were ready. Fast forward to fall 2020, we finally decided to sell and picked a location to move to. We did not hesitate to reach out to Shelley who did not disappoint at all. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand the home selling process. She was quick to respond to calls, texts, and emails. She also went above and beyond to ensure our selling process went smoothly. Our home went under contract within 3 days of being on the market and we went to settlement within 30 days. We could not have asked for a better realtor and will continue to work with Shelley for our future real estate needs.

My wife and I were moving back West with our 4 month old son and Shelley made sure we were able to get our house sold in and start a new chapter in our lives with a minimum amount stress. She worked with contractors that needed to get into the house, kept us informed about what was happening, and answered our calls even at odd hours. Six years ago, Shelley has sold us that house, and we never considered going to anyone else when it was time to move on.
