Shelley Lederman sold me my townhouse 19 years ago -- and that was such a great experience that I went back to her. She was extremely responsive, no matter what time of day I contacted her. I am not a sophisticated buyer/seller (and, in fact, real estate matters do not interest me), and there were more than a few occasions where Shelley could have become a bit impatient with me. But she never did. She was kind, thorough, and always took the time to ensure that I understood precisely what was going on. I was so appreciative about that.
