If you're in the Virginia Beach area and are looking to buy or sell a property you would be doing yourself a disservice by not going with Shelly Lee as your agent. I'm in a different state and was a little nervous about try to sell a property long distance but after talking with Shelly the first time my mind was put at ease. Shelly is a great agent but more than that she made me feel like we were friends that knew each other for many years. If there was ever a issue or I had questions regarding the process, Shelly was ready to take care of it which made me gain more confidence in her abilities. GREAT AGENT!!! And I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My agent Shelley Lee was very professional as well as having a great personality.i never had to wait more than a few minutes for a call back or response to a text, keeping in contact with her was very important to me.in my opinion, she went above and beyond to help me through this process. I could not have had a better agent than her. She is great!!! She was upfront about everything. She guided me on what to fix and what to spend money on. She was extremely helpful

When I first started on this quest to buy a house I only had some knowledge of what to expect and where to look. Erica directed me to 3 people she trusted. Shelley Lee was at the top of that list and I never needed to call anyone else off it. We went over the basics of what I was looking for and signed a form or 2 and then started looking for a place for me.. The second outing we went on yielded 2 houses I really liked and we decide to place a offer. And as we got to home inspection we learned about things you wouldn't just automatically see or know about and it was something I felt uncomfortable with and Shelley asked me how I felt and I expressed my concerns and said I'm not loving it.. Shelley said well let's find you something you do..and we walked way from that house.. Next outing we had 7 houses to see in a short period so we were off to the races. We saw the house I now call home next to last and after seeing the last one Shelley asked if their was any that I liked and I said the one before this one I can't stop thinking about and I had decide to place a offer. Shelley called the agent on the other side to see if or what was going on over on there side..they had offers coming in and it was day 2 the house was on the market. Shelley came up with the plan and I backed her all the way to do full price and no closing.. Which thanks to her is why we/I got the house.. Shelley and Erica and the team work of the people around them made my journey of buying a house into having a home and I'm lucky to have had the two because they worked amazingly together..and there teams they had working behind them made my process smooth and easy..thank you all..but Shelley and Erica will always be the foundation for my home and me to be brought together Shelley was always there to talk to and would often call me to see what was going on with my thoughts on things.made sure I knew the importance of getting her the thing she needed so I would get what I needed.excellent doesn't come close to her but because it's the best you offer I'll go with that because in my opinion she is also the best you have to offer
