Let me just start by saying when centuries 21 hire Sheree, she were differently right agent for the position. Great choice! Patient she differently has one while I was giving up and again she stepped in and motivated us too be patient something come along, in her friendly soft spoken voice. Thanks Sheree Klausner. We dealt with 2 others broker lets just say everything about them was a nightmare from elm street. They were from some small mortgage company wasn't perfectional in any way. getting back too Sheree Klausner. She did an amazing job. Overall experience with Sheree Klausner were very different compared to other realtor we dealt with she always have a smile on her face never one time my husband and I experience a attitude from her.

I had a prolonged and difficult journey to buy my first home; the first two homes I looked at fell through (because of the appraisal and the seller), and the third almost did at the last moment, again, because of a matter on the seller's end. Sheree helped keep my spirits up, and she fought for me every step of the way. Even after we had to start all over not once, but twice, she showed up to open houses with me and gave me her honest feedback about homes based on what I had told her I needed. She was excellent to work with, and really put my needs and wants first while at the same time reminding me to keep my expectations realistic and emotions in check when negotiations became heated and tension ensued. She is a great realtor.

We talked to Sheree before we left Ohio for a month trip to Fl. While on vacation, we decided to go ahead and list! She sold our house in one weekend! Sheree was so patient with us as we called and communicated through phone and email. We even got familiar with Dotloop! And now we just moved into our new home in Punta Gorda! Thanks Sheree! We highly recommend her!

when we first bought our home Sheree was amazing, so when we decided to sell a few years later, we knew we needed her on our team again. Sheree has always been very patient and understanding with us as first-time buyers and sellers, and she is also a fighter that we have been so lucky to have in our corner. she is a problem solver, always going above and beyond, making us feel like first priority. she never hesitates and was available 24/7 to give us great advice and answers to every tiny question. She is super knowledgeable which was essential for all the decision making involved in the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone looking or even thinking about buying or selling. she is so professional and friendly, even though the process of moving can be stressful, she made it so smooth for us. it was a pleasure to be able to work with Sheree again.

Sheree was great at answering our many questions and helping us understand the listing/selling/closing process. She helped us decide what improvements should be made to our house before we even agreed to list with her. She helped us understand the offer, made it easy to sign papers electronically from a distance, and knew how to work with a difficult buying agent. She was physically present at the appraisal. With her help we received an offer at asking price on our first day on the market and she saw us through until closing! Sheree always responded to our communications within minutes! She never made us feel like we were bothering her or inconveniencing her. Always respectful and friendly, and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!
