Sheree wants the best for her clients. She appears to be gentle; but as a buyer's realtor, she has a bulldog inside for her clients. She'll fight to protect her clients from unfair practices or unreasonable demands from the seller. Her enthusiasm is infectious.

We chose Sheree based on her social media posts. She seemed to be listing and selling homes as well as marketing open houses. This was important to us because we knew to sell our rental property we needed someone who could network and reach a younger client base. The closing of our property was more difficult than anyone could have imagined. Sheree remained aggressive yet professional with the buyer's agent and title company. She communicated effectively and always kept our best interests. Sheree was accessible and available anytime my husband would call or text, no matter the hour (which isn't an easy feat!) I was referred to Sheree by a realtor in Columbus OH when I was looking for a home in the Cleveland area. Sheree handled the purchase for me while I was still in Columbus. I could only attend showings on the weekend. Sheree found homes that matched my needs and wants; she was very flexible in accommodating my schedule. When I needed to sell my home for health reasons I called Sheree. She came to the house and took beautiful pictures of my home, and the house was listed quickly. Sheree kept me updated on everything and made herself available for all my questions. We received 3 offers; Sheree clearly explained the benefits and risks of each offer and represented me very well in negotiations. The home sold within a few weeks for a good price. Sheree was very friendly and very professional and I had fun working with her. She was hard-working, honest and driven to do her best for me. I highly recommend Sheree Klausner.
