Sheri Whiting deserves a 5 star rating! She worked on this transaction from beginning to closing with absolute care and exhibited a very professional manner. She came up with several original ideas for marketing such as her preference for using her lucky number "7" as part of the list price and as a method to stand out from all others. She also mailed colorful flyers to local businesses to entice more buyers.This obviously was successful because in a little more than 30 days, we had two buyers at full price which resulted in selling for over-asking! Sheri did a fantastic job and I enthusiastically endorse her without hesitation.
