Seller reviewSheri Whiting was referred to us by our physician back in August of 2021. At our first appointment, we had an immediate connection and I knew that she was the person we wanted to work with to sell our home. Sheri made numerous recommendations as to what we should do to get our house ready to go on the market. Sheri was constantly in contact, provided contractors to help us and continued to watch the market and keep us advised on pricing. By the time we were ready, prices had gone up significantly which worked to our advantage. Once everything was complete, Sheri brought in furniture and numerous decorations for staging. After she was done and hired a professional photographer, it looked so amazing, we could hardly believe it was our house! Everything Sheri did and suggested was on point and we got more money then we ever thought possible. Trust me when I say that Sheri Whiting is the BEST, most caring, knowledgeable and professional Realtor you will ever find! We would happily give her more than 5 stars if we could.

She is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and great at keeping track of all the details involved in buying a home. As a first-time home buyer, I was anxious about feeling lost in the process. From the first meeting, Sheri did a great job guiding me through it and explaining what was going on. When we went to houses her experience showed through both in her interactions with the selling agents and with her knowledge of what to look for when assessing a home. Sheri also had a great list of contacts for all the other people potentially involved in buying a home. Be it home inspectors, lenders, contractors, or attorneys, I was very happy with all her recommendations.

Seller reviewI first met Sheri Whiting on March 8, 2022 at my cousin's home in Vernon to discuss listing the property which was an asset of her estate. Sheri offered to help me take the final steps in preparing the home for sale - removing tangibles, cleaning cabinets and small repairs. My daughter and I had been working on the project for months while taking care of my sick husband at home. He died in February and we were having a very difficult time. I will forever be thankful that Sheri Whiting took over the job, staging the remaining furniture and providing an excellent video. I signed the listing contract on March 9th and was thrilled to receive a call from Sheri Whiting on March 14th with a cash offer. The closing was on March 31, 2022. Sheri was a blessing to me and my family during a most sad and devastating time. She was always there for us if we had questions and provided updates re closing items.

Seller reviewI had spoken to her several years before while considering selling my home. At that time I was not ready to sell. When I contacted her again she remembered me and what she had done previously. This time there was no wasted time, she suggested an approach to getting the most for me with the least effort on my part. She amazed me with the results. She found all the help I needed to complete the sail. She also made it possible to avoid travel other than that absolutely needed, at this time that matters a lot since I would have had to travel 120 miles round trip.
