By Sunday night we had 18 offers and although we wanted to go with Sheri's buyer, she showed us the best contract was a buyer with no inspections and $31,100 over our asking price! We never, in our wildest dreams, thought we could sell for that much but we did and it was all due to Sheri's guidance, marketing and hard work.
